Submission Guidelines

SUBMISSION FORM

Fill out the online entry form separately for each music video that you want to submit.

Preference is for unpublished works, but Fillum will also consider published works.
Your Music Video must have English subtitles.
Ownership/copyright/trademark is clear and possessed fully by you, the applicant/rights holder. All legal clearances/permissions/licenses related to the music video have been received by you, the applicant/rights holder.

We have a panel of reviewers that watch every submission, provide feedback and filter applications.
We will respond to all applicants with our selection decision within 2-3 business days via email. If you do not receive a reply within five business days, you may email. However, we will not be available to respond to phone enquiries.
Selection of a music video is at the complete and sole discretion of Fillum, the criteria for why a music video is not selected will not be divulged by Fillum to the applicant.

If your music video is selected, then you will be enrolled in the Fillum Program, where you will:

Upload a copy of the music video meeting Fillum’s technical specifications:
- - Music Video - .MP4 format
- - Videos - 1080P or HD Quality (Minimum)
- - Stills / Posters - 1000(H)*750(W) Pixel (Minimum)
- - Aspect Ratio for stills / posters - 3(W)*4(H)
- - Audio Files - .mp3 format
Provide music video’s Promotional Materials
- - Digital images / stills - Still images from the Music Video will be used on the website, printed materials, banners, and other promotional materials. Please submit one high-resolution headshot of the music video maker in JPG format.
- - Trailers and music video clips - Clips of selected Music Video may be used to promote Fillum by appearing on the Fillum website, possible partnership websites, third-party advertising sponsors (i.e., television spots, newspaper print, magazine ads, etc.)
- - Electronic Press Kits (EPKs)
Review License Model / Fee and Agree to Fillum Submission & License Agreement and complete enrollment.
